Contacting Us After a Loved One Passes Away

If a loved one passes away at home or in a care home, we are available 24 hours a day. When you call, you will speak to either Scott or Katy, who will take down a few essential details. We always aim to be at the address within an hour.

For deaths in a hospital or in the case of a sudden passing, you can either:

• Email us to request a call back when the office opens, or
• Call us during office hours.
